BOYS

Eastside 6, Madison County 2

Eastside took a 2-0 lead in the first half with the help of Caleb Kernan on both goals.

"The second goal came from a free kick off the foot of Tyler Edmiston and was finished off with a header from Caleb Kernan."

The Eagles' continued pressure in the second half paid off with an own goal by Madison County and a Tyler Marks score to give Eastside four goals.

Edmiston scored the Eagles' final two goals for the hat trick.

"Both were scored off of free kicks, with one taken from right at midfield," Weiser said. "Greg Morrell had an excellent game finishing the game with several incredible saves. He ended up the game with 11 saves."
