I agree with Jack Simpson. Richard Oden knew what was involved when he ran for chairman of the Rockdale Board of Commissioners. If he is unable to do the job without additional staff and cost to our county, he should resign.
Does Mr. Oden not realize our economy is not good and we do not need additional expenses? We do not need to increase taxes and we do not need bigger government. Oz Nesbitt appears to rubber-stamp Mr. Oden's requests. JaNice Van Ness is the only one using common sense. Congratulations to her. I do not want my tax dollars to go for additional staff for Mr. Oden, and he should agree with me, if he has the best interest of our county as his goal.More like this story
