Mayor and council set annual retreat

CONYERS -- Economic development, community development and possibly the city's sign ordinance, along with other "percolating" issues, will be discussed during the upcoming Conyers City Council retreat next month.

Assisted living zoning denied

CONYERS -- Developers of the proposed assisted living center on Salem Road backed out of the development, which prompted the Rockdale County Board of Commissioners to deny rezoning of the property.
