Shayla Bystrom, a 10-year-old Palmer Stone Elementary School student, skims across the ice at the Olde Town Conyers Ice Skating Rink on Wednesday. Bystrom was in Conyers visiting some old friends and making some new friends at the skating rink. The skating rink is open through Feb. 21. The cost to skate is $7 and $2 for skate rental. The rink is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. today and 4 to 11 p.m. Friday.
