Husband and wife team Charles and Linda Skrobot have combined their culinary skills to create Town Center Breads on Monticello Street and its off-shoot, Town Center Breads Coffee House in Clark's Grove. Above, Charles mixes up his next batch of sourdough after beginning his day at 2 a.m. to ensure fresh bread, muffins, scones and focaccia for his customers. The type of breads available rotate and in addition to sourdough, he bakes wheat, multigrain, banana nut and roasted pecan raisin.
