Vendors are ready for visitors to get a taste of nature as they visit Whippoorwill Hollow Organic Farm at 3905 Ga. Highway 138 to celebrate Earth Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Those attending the event will learn how to be good stewards of the earth. Educational displays will include those specializing in the environment, health and wellness, heirloom tomato plants, edible mushrooms, broom-making, canning and more. Participants will be able to walk the nature trail, enjoy music, buy arts and crafts and feast on delicious organic food. The cost is $5 per person and children under 12 will be admitted free.
