Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Knox and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tisdale of Spartanburg, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Christin Knox, to James Edward Blount III, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Blount Jr. of Conyers.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Dorman High School in Spartanburg and a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Upstate, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education. She is currently employed with Spartanburg School District Six at Roebuck Elementary School. The future groom is a graduate of Salem High School and a graduate of Presbyterian College, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is currently employed with Milliken and Company. The couple plans to wed on June 20 at Bethlehem Baptist Church.More like this story
