Twenty-one-month-old Ben Brown apparently doesn't think a 25-pound bag of Vidalia onions looks all that appetizing. After all, you can't fit one into a bottle, so what good are they? His father, Chad Brown, is making room in his vehicle for 10 bags of the summertime treat. The Covington Rotary Club sells the onions annually as a fundraiser to benefit the Empty Stocking Fund. According to Rotarian Tommy Davis, the club members sold 915 bags this year at $19 a bag.More like this story
