Can you spot the differences in these two pictures? It shouldn't be too hard. On Wednesday, Citizen Photographer Sue Ann Kuhn-Smith took the top right photo of Lake Varner from Flat Rock Road Bridge and saw a much different view than when she took the shot at bottom right from the same spot in October, a month before water level in the lake hit an all-time low. With this week's rainfall, the lake is now at full pool of 701 feet.More like this story
