Construction workers prepare the roof on the new residence hall being erected at Oxford College. This photo was taken from the fourth floor window of the college's Seney Hall in the office of Dean for Academic Affairs Kent Linville. The $28.5 million facility broke ground in early May of last year and is scheduled to be completed by the end of July. It is expected to be the first LEED-certified building in Newton County, which means that the building follows certain guidelines to be environmentally friendly.
