Jami Michele Dow and Igor Wolbers announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. They are planning a destination wedding to take place May 3 at the Beachcomber Inn in Casey Key, Fla.
The future bride is the daughter of Marvin and Victoria Dow, of Conyers, and Linda Harvill, of Hammond, La. She is the granddaughter of Gaila Everett, of Hammond, La., and the great-granddaughter of June and Brock Frazier of Panama City Beach, Fla. Jami is a 1999 graduate of Heritage High School. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003 with a bachelor of arts double major in Spanish and speech communication. She graduated in 2007 from UGA with a masters of education in human resources and organizational development. She is employed as a corporate trainer with ImageRight Inc., in Conyers.
The future groom is the son of Paul and Liesbeth Wolbers, of Sarasota, Fla., and the grandson of Tanja and Piet Baretta, of Opio, France. Igor is a 1997 graduate of Riverview High School in Sarasota. He graduated in 2002 with bachelor of science double major in business administration and management of information systems from the University of South Florida. He graduated in 2006 from Georgia State University with a masters of science in computer information systems. He is employed as an integration specialist with ImageRight Inc. in Conyers.
The couple plan to make their home in Oxford.
