Volunteer Fred Franklin tests lights in preparation for Sunday's Twilights at Chimney Park, which will feature caroling, a storyteller, refreshments and Santa Claus, along with multiple lighted Christmas trees and figures. The event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the site of a planned park behind the Newton County Library on Floyd Street. Tickets are $15 per adult, $5 per child and a maximum of $35 per family.
