Georgia Tech running back Jonathan Dwyer was named both the Atlantic Coast Conference's player of the year and its top offensive player Wednesday after a regular season in which he led the league in rushing as the featured back in Paul Johnson's spread-option offense.
As for Dwyer's team, the No. 15 Yellow Jackets accepted an invitation to the Chick-fil-A Bowl on Wednesday, staying at home to face a Southeastern Conference team on New Year's Eve. The Yellow Jackets will be making their 12th straight bowl appearance.More like this story
