COVINGTON - A 24-year-old woman has been charged with child molestation after allegedly having an ongoing sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy in her neighborhood.
Litisha Quatrice Paden, 24, of 6213 Nixon Circle, was arrested after the boy's mother reported the crime to the Covington Police Department. According to Covington Police Department spokesman Lt. Wendell Wagstaff, under Georgia law it is considered child molestation when an adult has inappropriate sexual contact with a child under 17. Wagstaff said the alleged molestation took place over a couple of months, and it is believed the boy went to the woman's home.
