'Polar Express' The Kiwanis Club of Covington and The Friends of the Newton County Library will present a display of the Polar Express Train now through Dec. 8 during library hours at 7116 Floyd St. The exhibit, by Lionel modeler and collector Richard Rawlins, will be raffled off on Dec. 20. Raffle tickets are $5 and benefit the Kiwanis Club scholarship fund.
