The following food service establishment inspection reports were provided by the Environmental Health Division of the Rockdale County Health Department. Any score below 90 is considered failing.

Violations: Store raw eggs separate from raw chicken. Cooked bacon, ham and sausage stored at improper temperature. Repair or replace rusty shelves. Repair soda fountain. Clean floors under equipment. Clean equipment. Garbage containers must be covered. Store insecticides separately from cleaning products.

Violations: Do not store eggs above ready-to-eat foods. Pallets in walk-in freezer. Repair or replace broken equipment. Clean floors under equipment and shelves. Replace broken tiles. Repair missing light shield.

Violations: Expired milk offered for consumer use. No covered trash container in ladies' restroom. Sliding doors of dumpster. No cove base as required under pass-through door of walk-in cooler.

Violations: Observed employee eating in bar area. Heavy condensation in beer keg/cooler. Sliding door on dumpster left open. Must post smoking sign on refrigeration unit.

Violations: Uncovered food items in reach-in refrigerator/freezer. Repair faucet at handsink in warewash area. 409 cleaner stored near clean dishes in kitchen area.

Violations: Open cup with soda on prep line. Open bags of frozen food. Sandwich refrigerator storing cheese not maintaining proper temperature. Dirty tomato slicer on drain board. Clean dirty interior of sandwich refrigerator. Repair leak on spray hose and on pipe below three-compartment sink. Repair or replace peeling cove base. Missing floor tiles. Provide sufficient light in reach-in freezer and refrigerator. Fruit flies and roaches observed in establishment.
