COVINGTON - The Covington Police Department is looking for three men who allegedly robbed a man at his residence late Monday night.
According to Det. Daniel Seals, spokesman for the CPD, three black men, two of whom were described as having dreadlocks, approached the residence of a man on Blackwell Street about 11 p.m. asking for change. Upon making contact with the victim, one of the suspects reportedly produced a handgun and demanded money. The robbers then took an undisclosed amount of money from the victim and fled the scene on foot. The case is under investigation and detectives ask that anyone with information as to the identity or whereabouts of the suspects call the CPD at 770-786-7605.
